The specialized hospital "Sokobanja" is a scientific and teaching base of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Nis and a reference health institution in Serbia for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of non-specific lung diseases, with the approval of the Ministry of Health for the application of natural factors in treatment. Its successful functioning is the result of the cooperation of several factors, among which are key: geographical location, climate, thermal springs, state-of-the-art medical equipment, staff expertise, application of modern methods in treatment, comfort.
