Aqua Park "Podina" is 1.5 km away from the centre of Sokobanja and was built within the sports and recreational complex Podina. This fun water complex is built on an area of ​​2 ha and can accommodate about 2500 visitors. The complex contains a semi-Olympic swimming pool with sports equipment, a recreational swimming pool with water mushrooms for children and adults, a swimming pool with 3 slides and a children's pool with water attractions and play equipment. In the centre of the water park there is a bar-bar with drinks, around all pools there are green areas and flower beds, sunbeds, refrigerators with ice cream, umbrellas, and an administrative building with accompanying facilities (locker rooms, showers, toilets). The pools are equipped with the most modern filters for water purification, and the water quality is maintained permanently, 24 hours a day so that the water is always clean and safe for swimming. The water temperature is pleasant and ranges from 24 to 26˚C, while the children's pool has a solar water heating system. Aqua Park "Podina" is an ideal place for summer fun and refreshment. It offers a combination of family relaxation and fun with a variety of tempting water features. The most visited and at the same time the most attractive part of the Aqua Park is the pool with slides, and water attractions at the children's pool, Octopus slide, Cobra slide, Water tower, dolphins, giraffes, massagers ... During the summer, various cultural, entertainment and sports and recreational facilities are organized, in order to complete and enrich the stay of visitors. The aqua park is illuminated, which provides opportunities for night swimming and various night entertainment. In the immediate vicinity of the Aqua Park, there is a complex of football fields "Podina". The complex is suitable for all types of sports preparations, holding matches and sports events. The fields are located 1.5 km from the centre and cover 4 ha, and have a total of 6 football fields. Within the complex, there is a facility with equipped locker rooms and showers and a modern gym, which is available to athletes, as well as locals and tourists.
